Learn and feel the importance of breathing; a yogic practice called pranayama, breathe away a busy mind, anxiety, depression & digestive issues. Connect the mind and body through the breath. Followed by a short meditation practice to ground and centre the body.
Mats provided, bring a cushion to sit on.
