Traditionally we were in ceremony, gathering, celebrating with rituals, cultivating and embodying the divine feminine energies of the earth and moon; daily or at least monthly.

As Women, our menstrual cycle brings with it the gift of a deep connection, a connection to mother nature, a connection to the feminine. This gift allows us women the opportunity to evolve through self awareness and self realisation each month, the chance to raise our consciousness. This is sacred menstruation.
